Old Man Smoking a Pipe is a one-of-a-kind, upcycled creation with plenty of heart and character!

Inspired by a fun Pinterest idea, I added my own creative twist, repurposing footwear and other materials to bring this wise old gentleman to life.

After spending his evening watching the world go by from his porch, he lights up his pipe one last time before heading inside. Just as he’s about to turn in, the neighborhood boys playing baseball across the street call out in unison, “Good night!” Surprised but touched, he smiles and replies, “Good night, boys. Great game today.”

As he steps inside, warmth fills his heart—someone really does notice me! From that day on, the boys never forget to say good night to the Old Man Smoking a Pipe.

This quirky, handcrafted piece makes a fantastic conversation starter and a thoughtful gift for anyone who could use a smile.

Please Note: While Old Man is full of charm, he is not a toy. As a carefully assembled wall hanging, he should be handled with care. Despite being reinforced with strong glue and wire, some details—like his teeth—could be pulled loose with enough force. Keep him safely displayed and out of reach of children.
